Step beyond the postcard-perfect beaches and bustling tourist spots — and enter the living, breathing soul of Kerala. Over 10 transformative days, immerse yourself in ancient healing traditions, lush wilderness, sacred backwaters, and vibrant local culture.
Begin with 7 days of a healing retreat deep in the wilderness, where yoga, meditation, and holistic rituals awaken your body, mind, and spirit. Then, spend 3 days exploring Kerala, where history, art, and cuisine come alive, offering a window into Kerala’s timeless heritage.
This journey isn’t just a trip — it’s a chance to reconnect with nature, culture, and your own inner rhythm, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and profoundly transformed.
Day 1 – Arrival at Coimbatore International Airport
Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to the serene Spirit of the Wild Eco Village. The day is at leisure, allowing guests to relax, unwind, and soak in the natural surroundings. In the evening, the retreat begins with an orientation and an intention-setting session led by our team, creating the perfect space to connect, reflect, and prepare for the transformative experiences ahead.
Date 2 : Nature exploration
Morning: Yoga, meditation & breathwork
Late morning : Jungle jeep safari, trekking & forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku)
Evening: Meditation with sound healing, cultural programs
Overnight: Stay at Spirit of the Wild
Day 3: Village Experience
Morning – Begin the day with a gentle yoga and meditation session, followed by a guided walk through nearby villages and local farms, offering an authentic glimpse into the traditions and rhythms of life in Attappadi.
Afternoon – Explore the scenic villages and panoramic viewpoints of Attappadi before unwinding with a peaceful water meditation by a picturesque riverside, immersed in the tranquility of nature.
Evening – Conclude the day with a captivating Theyyam performance, an ancient ritual art form of Kerala, followed by a wholesome dinner in a serene setting.
Date 4 : Art therapy
Morning – Welcome the day with a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session, followed by a serene sunrise trek, allowing you to connect deeply with nature and embrace the stillness of the morning.
Afternoon – Unwind through mindful creativity with a calming mandala art therapy session and collaborative group art activities designed to inspire self-expression and connection.
Evening – End the day with an uplifting ecstatic dance session, moving freely to music in a joyful celebration of energy, presence, and inner freedom.
Day 5: Ayurveda
Morning – Begin the day with a peaceful session of yoga, meditation, and a soothing sound bath, setting a calm and restorative tone for wellness and renewal.
Afternoon – Immerse yourself in the healing wisdom of Ayurveda with a personalized consultation and rejuvenating therapies, followed by an Ayurvedic cooking workshop. Enjoy a traditional Sadya served on banana leaves, celebrating Kerala’s rich culinary heritage.
Evening – Dress in elegant Kerala attire and visit a local temple, where the soft glow of oil lamps and a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony offer a serene and soulful cultural experience.
Date 6 : Explore the depth of Attapadi
Morning – Begin the day with a visit to Silent Valley National Park, a pristine rainforest known for its rich biodiversity and rare wildlife, including the Lion-tailed Macaque.
Afternoon – Explore Attappadi through its tribal villages, scenic viewpoints, and flowing rivers, experiencing the region’s cultural depth and natural beauty.
Evening – Unwind with a nature walk, storytelling circle around a bonfire, followed by a relaxed dinner at Spirit of the Wild.
Day 7: Gratitude & Retreat closure.
Morning – Begin the day with gentle yoga and reflection, embracing a sense of gratitude and closure as the journey nears its end.
Afternoon – Participate in a meaningful tree-planting activity at IMark Valley, a symbolic gesture of giving back to Mother Earth. This is followed by a heartfelt final gathering and feedback session, sharing stories, memories, and connections formed throughout the retreat.
Evening – As the sun sets, celebrate the journey with a vibrant tribal gathering featuring live drums, music, and traditional cuisine. Guests are invited to dress in tribal attire, enjoy face painting, and dance freely to the rhythms of the forest, closing the retreat with joy, energy, and togetherness.
Date 8 : Journey Begins – Proceed to Athirappally
Early Morning: Proceed to Athirappally : Start your journey from Attappadi and reach Athirappilly by afternoon. Check in to a hotel or homestay, freshen up, and relax after the drive. After lunch, visit the majestic Athirappilly Waterfalls and spend time enjoying the views and surrounding greenery. Visit Kodanad Elephant Training Centre to see rescued elephants, learn about their care and conservation, and enjoy the peaceful riverside surroundings. In the evening, explore the nearby area briefly and then return to your stay for dinner and an overnight stay at Athirappilly, surrounded by nature.
Day 9: Explore Fort Kochi.
Early Morning after breakfast : Proceed to Fort Kochi explore Mattancherry, wandering through spice markets, historic streets, and cultural landmarks like St. Thomas Basilica, the Jew Synagogue, and the Dutch Palace, soaking in Kerala’s rich heritage and colonial charm.
Evening: Experience a captivating cultural performance, featuring the iconic Kathakali makeup and dance, offering a vivid glimpse into Kerala’s traditional arts. Overnight stay at the homestay / hotel.

Date 10 : Kumarakom & Houseboat Experience
In the morning, proceed to Kumarakom and embark on a relaxing houseboat cruise through the serene backwaters of Vembanad Lake. Enjoy a traditional lunch on board while passing picturesque villages, coconut groves, and tranquil waterways, offering a glimpse into Kerala’s unique backwater lifestyle. Later, drive to Kochi, check in to your hotel, and relax for the evening. Rest well and prepare for your departure the following morning.
